The heart then pumps effectively putting some pressure so that the blood flow is maintained. This puts severe strain on the heart and it starts to beat fast. This is one of the reasons why the heart rate goes up in few people. So Coronary Artery Diseases can also lead to this condition. The first thing to be done is to resurrect the correct blood flow in the body. That can be done through normal medications which can dissolve the cholesterol content in a blood vessel through which blood flows. Also in some very extreme cases, the patient is taken for a surgery as well.
Also other conditions like Arrhythmia and Congestive Heart Diseases can also lead to this condition. In these cases the patient has to go for the cure of the disease first and then should control his high heart rate.
Prevention:
As in any other heart disorder, the patient has to follow a strict diet and should go for regular exercises as well. Also smoking and drinking alcohol should be completely avoided as they may invite this problem with both hands. Also the person should maintain a normal lifestyle and should not consume those foods rich in fat which can prove deadly. So regular and proper exercise followed with a good diet are the simple prevention methods of the disease.
